Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and 17, you confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. After the trial ends, continued access to premium features requires an active paid subscription (monthly or annual), billed through the payment method you provide (M-Pesa or card, processed via our third-party payment processors). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KES) at the time of purchase.

Hair Bounty Care provides general hair care guidance, routine suggestions, and AI-assisted recommendations for informational purposes only. This is not medical advice. We are not a substitute for a dermatologist, trichologist, or other qualified professional. If you have a scalp condition, hair loss, or other medical concern, consult a healthcare provider before acting on any suggestion from the app.

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, reviews, community posts, chat messages). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service. Content posted in community groups, chats, and reviews is visible to other users or the public, as applicable.

You agree not to post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or infringes another person's rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

Salon listings and product recommendations (including affiliate products) are provided for convenience. We do not guarantee the quality, availability, or outcome of any third-party salon service or product. Purchases made through the Service are subject to the applicable seller's or partner's terms.

Referral codes, discount codes, and promotional offers are subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer and may be modified, limited, or withdrawn at our discretion. Abuse of the referral system (e.g. fake accounts) may result in forfeiture of rewards and account suspension.

The Service, including its design, branding, and original content (excluding user content), is owned by Hair Bounty Care and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hair Bounty Care is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any outcome related to hair care routines followed through the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Each version is dated above.
